Sweet cocktails lean into one of the oldest moves in the drink-making playbook — sugar carrying the spirit, not hiding it. The Amaretto Sour leads here because it gets the balance right: the almond liqueur is sweet on its own, but lemon and a touch of egg white rein it back in.
