How to make a The Mayan

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Tequila blanco 45ml, Coffee liqueur 15ml, Pineapple juice 75ml
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
Serve on the rocks in a lowball glass
Garnish with coffee beans and serve
~ I recommend sacrificing a bottle of Kah Tequila Reposado. Aged for ten months in oak casks, it imparts hints of caramel and vanilla to its full agave flavour, nicely balancing the sweetness of the Kahlúa. Plus, the skull bottle will keep things macabre. ~
