This drink commemorates the Olympic games of 1896, returning to Greece for the first time in centuries.

Method

Stir honey and triple sec until honey dissolves, then fill glass two-thirds with ice. Add the gin, lemon juice and grapefruit juice, stir, then top up with lemonade. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
