Amaretto and cream sits squarely at the dessert end of the bar — amaretto's almond and stone-fruit sweetness wrapped in dairy weight, neither tempering the other much. The Amaretto Colada uses pineapple to lift the sweetness, the Orgasm doubles down with coffee liqueur, and Banana Bread layers fruit and spice on top.
