One of the all time great cocktails of the 1990s. Invented by the master that is Dale DeGroff as a tribute to a Cuban bartender, this fruity punchy classic is a must try. Simply great. Simply delicious.
Method
Add the rum, orange curaçao, lime juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass with ice and half the ginger beer, then top up with the rest of the ginger beer. Garnish with a couple of slices of orange or lime, and serve.
