Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Place all of the ingredients, except the Angostura and coconut cream, in a blender with some ice and blend until smooth
Place the Angostura at the bottom of a tall glass and pour in the drink
Top with coconut cream and grate fresh nutmeg over the top, then serve
