Method
How to make a The St. Hendrick's

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Muddle the cucumber, mint, and lime wedge in a cocktail shaker
Add ice, Hendrick’s gin, elderflower liqueur and a splash of lime juice
Top up with tonic until about an inch from the pint rim
Add a splash of water to settle the gases
Shake well
Pour or strain into a serving glass and garnish with another slice of cucumber, mint leaf (slapped for aroma), and lime wedge
