Laila sits firmly in the modern fruit-forward martini-style family, built around flavoured vodka and fresh muddled fruit. Rather than leaning on a long classic backstory, you’ll find it feels like a contemporary cocktail-bar creation: bright, colourful, and designed to showcase ripe produce alongside a clean spirit base. It’s the kind of drink that reads instantly as playful and summery, with a focus on vivid berry character and a tropical accent.
On the palate, raspberry vodka lays down a sweet-tart berry backbone that’s reinforced by fresh strawberries and a scatter of blueberries. Lime wedges cut through the fruit with sharp citrus lift, keeping the sweetness in check and adding a zesty snap to the finish. A dash of mango purée rounds everything out with soft, pulpy richness, bridging the berries and citrus into a smoother, more cohesive fruit profile.
Serve it when you want something that feels like a treat: a party starter, a warm-evening sipper, or a dessert-leaning cocktail without going heavy. If you enjoy bold fruit flavours and a vodka base that stays out of the way, this one hits the spot—especially for guests who usually reach for berry-led drinks with a little tang.

Ingredients
Cocktail Colin says:
Raspberry vodka leads with bright berry sweetness, while muddled strawberry and blueberries deepen the jammy fruit, lime wedges add a sharp citrus snap, and a dash of mango puree rounds everything with tropical softness. It works because the lime’s acidity keeps the vodka and fruit from turning cloying, making it ideal for drinkers who love bold, fresh fruit flavors and don’t mind a sweeter, pulpier cocktail-glass serve.
