Top 100 Cocktails of 2024
Over the course of 2024 we had over 4 million hits on our site, and when we launched the app in late 2024 those numbers surged with another 50,000 cocktails looked at alone via the app in one month. We’ve dived deep into those numbers and crunched the maths to come up with what our sites’ visitors are telling us are the top 100 cocktails throughout the year.
We’ve taken into account not only the view stats on cocktails, but what people are favouriting, liking, want-to-try’ing (?), searching for and drinking!

The top 20 cocktails of 2024 are a list of classic and favorite cocktails that people all over the world have always enjoyed drinking and celebrating. Each of the drinks on this list has been included based on their popularity, research and the ability to create great memories.
Coming in at number one is the Espresso Martini, which is a part of the artisan coffee culture trend that shows how traditional cocktails can be reinvented to suit today's generation. The fact that the Long Island Iced Tea and the Margarita have been popular for so long shows that people still want their drinks to strong be and refreshing and to be enjoyed at social events. These much loved cocktails, provide the comfort and creativity that drinkers are looking for in their drinks and therefore will always be popular in today's cocktail scene.
When looking at the make-up of these cocktails it can be seen that some drinks are very simple while others are rather complex. The Mojito, Old Fashioned and Negroni are classics that are made in a more artisanal way, where basic ingredients and taste are prioritized. At the same time, the growing popularity of tequila based drinks such as Margarita and Tequila Sunrise is linked to the increasing interest in the spirit itself and its cultural value. The fact that everyone loves the White Russian and the Sex on the Beach shows how people's preferences are influenced by their emotions and that they enjoy drinking something that brings back fond memories.
