Chubby Honey Eggnog is a rich, brandy-forward take on the eggnog tradition, leaning into the old-school holiday style where fortified wine and warming spice make the drink feel especially indulgent. Rather than chasing a crisp, modern profile, you’ll find it sits firmly in the creamy, dessert-cocktail camp—built for slow sipping and cosy evenings. Its character is familiar if you love classic eggnogs, but the sweet sherry and honey give it a plush, rounded edge.
On the palate, brandy brings depth and a gentle heat that’s softened by sweet sherry’s mellow richness. Honey adds a smooth, floral sweetness that threads through the dairy, while milk and cream create a thick, velvety body. Cinnamon sits on top with a warm, aromatic lift, and the egg white contributes a silky, lightly foamy texture that makes each sip feel extra luxurious.
Serve it in an Irish glass when you want something festive and comforting—ideal for winter gatherings, after-dinner pours, or a fireside nightcap. If you enjoy creamy drinks with a pronounced, warming spirit backbone and a softly spiced finish, this is the kind of treat you’ll come back to all season.

Cocktail Colin says:
Brandy and sweet sherry lead with a lush, boozy sweetness, rounded by honey and a thick blanket of milk and cream, while cinnamon adds warm spice and the egg white brings a soft, foamy lift. It works because the sherry’s sweetness and cinnamon’s warmth amplify the honeyed dairy richness without turning cloying, ideal for holiday sippers who like decadent, spirit-forward cream drinks.
