How to make a Butterbeer

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Butterscotch schnapps 60ml, Sugar / simple syrup 15ml, Cream 30ml, Vanilla essence Dash, Egg 1 egg white
Pour cream soda into a chilled glass, making sure it's no more than half full as the drink will foam and can easily overflow
Pour all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake for about 15-20 seconds
Strain frothed mixture into the glass with cream soda, and serve
