Elderflower and Lemon Tom Collins
An exciting twist on a fun classic, this lemony gin cocktail is sweet and irresistible. If you are feeling a little bitter about the current global crisis, use these lemons to vent your frustration while soothing your nerves.
Sweet Flower
If you aren't keen on the idea of drinking alone, but really want to mark the bank holiday weekend, choose a cocktail with a lower alcohol concentration. That way you get the taste of the spirit, but it will take far longer to get drunk!
