Two Wrestling Styles:
There are two styles of wrestling in the Olympics: Greco-Roman and Freestyle. Greco-Roman wrestling prohibits holds below the waist, focusing on upper-body strength, while freestyle wrestling allows the usage of legs in both offense and defense.
