How to make a Raspberry Milkshake

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Add all ingredients except the ice cream to your blender and blitz until smooth
Add the ice cream and blend immediately for a further 20-30 seconds
Pour into your glass and serve with a straw
~ The ice cream scoop is a rough estimate, add more if desired. Do not stall when adding the ice cream as the lemon can curdle the ice cream. If you are concerned about this happening, you can shake your lemon and rum with ice in a shaker first and strain before blending with the ice-cream ~
