Method
How to make a Tropicana passion

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Put coconut rum in a cocktail shaker then add lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and passion fruit purée
Dry shake for 30-50 seconds
Add 6-8 cubes of ice to the shaker and shake for 20 seconds
Double strain the mixture into a chilled glass
Top with crushed ice and garnish with half a passion fruit, a lemon wheel or a lemon twist before serving
